一つの空間、一つの別れから始まった二つの物語を一曲に盛り込んだワックスの新曲「たった一杯だけ」。
ワックスの「たった一杯だけ」は、別れを美しいものと格好つけて言い張るより、だらしなさを認めて本来の感情を濾過せずに表現している曲である。何の皮肉もないマイナーそのものを使うことで、慰めではない悲しみの発散をリスナーに提案している。

WAX's latest song "Just one shot" shares two different stories coming from the same place, two sides of the same goodbye.

In “Just one shot”, WAX does not try to make break-ups sound beautiful. She expresses how losing someone turns you into a mess. The song is full of these unfiltered complicated, gloomy feelings. By using minor chords as naturally as they sound, WAX tries to help her listeners let out the sorrow, rather than comfort them.
